THE SOUNDSYSTEM
The Savona Soundsystem is a 3-4 piece outfit combining a live DJ set with the vocal gymnastics of Vida-Sunshyne (Ghana/Australia), Jornick (French Guiana), Mantra (Australia) as well as regular local and international guests. Mista Savona mixes live on stage in true dub fashion (dissecting and blending his own tracks on-the-fly), adding a spontaneous element that most DJ's would envy. This combined with the raw energy of his collaborators results in a highly visual and exciting show that is now touring regularly around Australia and beyond.
